F600X1 bests: a bigger load, greater rigidity, longer race, everything without sacrificing speed.

Thanks BROTHER’s technology, the F600X1 model retains the characteristic speed of all SPEEDIO models and in addition we can observe notorious mechanical improvements, one of which was to increase the table loading capacity to 500Kg, this due to the incredible design that allows the table to move only on the Y axis while the column runs on X and Z axis. The F600X1 challenges the BT-40 spindles by performing arduous tasks with a BT-30 spindle that was improved by increasing the rigidity by means of larger bearings; all those who doubt the potential of BROTHER will be impressed to see the machine cutting steel. Another excellent improvement that we can thank the manufacturer BROTHER was to extend the race on the Z axis, with an increase of 50mm, having a total of Z: 350mm.

Versatility

Thanks to the vast experience that the previous models of their machines have left, BROTHER implemented this know-how in the F600X1 model, in which we can observe in the total covering with metal guards of the base and column to avoid chip entry. In addition, this model’s standard equipment has the V telescopic covers that allow a fast removal of chips and an option to add a bilateral chip conveyor to completely eliminate chip shavings. It should also mention the excellent design of doors that allows us to achieve 845mm opening for greater comfort when loading the table, adjusting a workpiece or perform maintenance work.
