 TCC SERIES:

1 spindle and 1 turret CNC lathe with chuck capacity between 6” and 8”. This model is developed to work on small parts which require high demand for production and precision, usual in Automotive Industry and Aerospace. Ideal for automating with crane (gantry) without need of on an operator in front of the machine all the time.

TCN Series:

Similar to the TCC but these give us greater distance between centers and greater turn capacity for the workpiece, and have chucks from 8 ”, 10” and 12 ”. It has an inclined work bench.

TC Series:

High rigidity equipment, 1 spindle / 1 turret without sacrificing precision. These machines are common in heavy industry such as oil refining. Chucks capacity from 12 "and 15". It has an inclined workbench.

TG Series:

Machines with large lengths parts, from 1 meter to 4 meters with turning capacities up to 29.5”and chucks from 15” to 28 ”. It has an inclined workbench.

TT Series:

Flexible performance to any type of production. High precision, automation and high productivity in a minimized space! The TT Lathe supports a 5 "Chuck, which is the minimum within the parallel double spindle TT series CNC lathe. The standard double gantry is optimal for workpieces with a short machining time, and the loading time is accelerated to 2.5 seconds while the downtime is reduced. The tool is equipped with a high precision comb sliding mechanism, and five tools can be mounted, enough for the machining of small parts.

TCY Series:

This equipment has ideal milling tools to generate versatile machining processes. Milling and Y axis control allow highly efficient process integration. Highly recommended equipment when you need to machine a complex part.

TS Series:

Machines with great capacity to mount parts regarding both flipping motion and distance. It has opposite double spindles, which provides greater rigidity and precision when holding a piece. Very versatile and flexible machines on which up to 20 tools may be integrated on an inclined bench (milling tools included). Ideal for bio-medical industry, construction industry and aerospace industry.
