PHOENIX NEO, high-performance magnetic roller separator for removing ferromagnetic metallic shavings -such as sludge or floating metal chips-utilizing rare-earth magnets and requiring no filters. It can be used with either water-soluble or oil-based coolants. The mechanical system is installed outside the magnetic system and to one side of the device, which eliminates wear caused by friction with metal chips and facilitates maintenance.
