NT Tool's BOOST MASTER machining cleaning tool increases coolant pressure and dispersion in order to remove cutting chips within the machining process itself, helping to consolidate your machining operations by eliminating the need for high-pressure washing machines that remain inactive between operations while also reducing the energy consumption of your production process. Also, as an ATC compatible attachment, it requires no additional high pressure pump or cooling devices.
The pressure is increased thanks to a group of pumping gears driven by the spindle rotation at 6,000 min-1 (in case of rotation greater than 6,000 min-1 a relief valve is activated). This generates an output of 1.23 L/min at 15MPa through a Ø0.4mm nozzle. |
