The NIKKEN MULTI-LOCK Milling Chuck has over 50 years of continuous development; an industry favorite, NIKKEN MULTI-LOCK Milling Chuck provides high chucking torque thanks to its unique MULTI-ROLLER System which provides a smooth milling work because of its thickened slotted walls and the full clamping-at-nose mechanism that prevents slipping even in the presence of residual oil. The resulting simple chucking process reduces wearing-out to about 2 microns in over 5 years or proper use, providing a constant smoot and accurate milling process with an average 5 micron@100mm run-out.

NIKKEN proprietary technology:

- MULTI-ROLLER System: 140% more needles than competition allows to spread the same load with a smaller force providing stronger chucking torque when tightening. Internal slots provide rigidity and chucking torque.

- Rigid and Stable milling with a stopper: The maximum chucking efficiency is achieved with the help of a stopper that simplifies chucking/un-chucking. This along NIKKEN's clamping at nose mechanism provides key conditions for precise milling with low run-out accuracy.
