Optimally design, the impignement disc ultra-fast rotation ensures that the oil mist separates smoothly from the disc minimizing maintenance, thus achieveing a drastic reduction in maintenance man-hours compared to other conventional methods, yet achieveing over 99.4% filtering efficiency (additional pre-filters are optional for specialized applications).

The patented inertial impigment separation disc has an amonia covering to increase wear and corrosion resistance, preventing the attachement of oil mist reducing the maintenance to the utmost minimum, while practicaly eliminating changing filters.
INERTIAL SEPARATION DISC REACHES AT LEAST 95% SEPARATION RATE
The patented inertial impigment separation disc rotates a Ø170µm thick/470µm wide mesh at 50m/s flicking at least 95% of the oil particles to the collectors wall, while the remaining 5% is captured through the auxiliary secondary filter.
AVOID REDUCED PERFORMANCE BY FILTER CLOGGING
Regular cyclonic and filter systems clogging is practically unavoidable; by not using filters, the maintenance cycle on the GME models is just a minuscule part compare to other collectors.
