- JNC Series: Lightweight and compact. Suitable for small-sized machining centers.  Simple design and easy maintenance. Table diameters from 140 to 250mm. 

- JNCH Series: High-speed indexing with a max rotation (JNCH140) of 83.3min-1. Shortening the indexing time improves productivity. Table diameters from 140 to 250mm.

- YNCP Series: High clamping torque with an air/hydraulic clamping mechanism, rigid bearing structure with a table shaft is supported by large bearings and the smallest load displacement. Easy centering of the jig/workpiece. Table diameters from 170 to 250mm.

- BNC Series: Strongest Clamping Torque of 3,000Nm with built-in Air/Hydraulic unit. The biggest table center (bore) hole diameter of 160mm in its class. Table diameter 320mm.

- NCT／NCR Series: High rigid body structure and strong clamping mechanism to clamp the circumference of the table. Most suitable as special NC machine in FMS line. Since there are tap holes or T-grooves on the table surface, the designing of a sub-table for jig mounting is easy. Built-in type of rotary joint is available for NCR(S/B)410, NCT500, and NCT(S/U/B)630. Table diameters from 320 to 630mm.

Precision Indexing RotaryTables:

- CTA Series: High rigidity, precise indexing thanks to a built-in 3-layer type coupling; indexing accuracy is within 10 seconds. Manual Indexing Head System.

DMB series is used in milling machines, drill press, and slotter, making your indexing process easy and efficient.

- DMB series: “Unclamping, Indexing, Clamping” can be done only by one reciprocating operation of the lever. The clamp is rigid, and the index accuracy is precise. Simple and quick positioning with a maximum of 24 divisions. The dividing position can be selected by reversing select pins. We have the tailstock for supporting a working end, spring collet for work holding, and collet adapter, etc. as accessories.

External CNC Rotary Tables Controllers:

YUKIWA controllers for CNC rotary table are one-axis control devices, exclusive for CNC rotary tables and CNC tilting rotary tables, to be used interlocking by M-signals with machining centers, tapping centers, and/or any other mating machines.

- AC5/AC3 series will correspond to absolute motors in addition to incremental motors. Options such as return to origin when the power is turned on can be selected. RS232C for external connections are provided as standard equipment. Also AC5 series is easy to replace from AC4 series because the basic operation is the same.

Corresponding to DRC170: AC5 Series with absolute motor can be connected with Direct Drive CNC rotary table DRC170. DRC170 will greatly contribute to cut the cycle time since DRC170 is capable of high-speed indexing.
