NIKKEN Compact Rotary Tables offer a wide variety of solution to multiple applications, from drilling, to presses to CNC machine centers. The NIKKEN Tilting Compact Rotary tables are suitable for indexing the cutting of small workpieces, with several options for work chucking attachments ranging from 5C collet fixtures to pneumatic or hydraulic chucking jigs. Model 5AX-100 is the most compact table available with a length of only 466 mm and 84 kilos of weight, and a clamping capacity of 410 Nm, ideal for centers of compact machining.
Same as with all other NIKKEN Rotary Table solutions, these come with an anti-wearing, high rigidity and high rotational speed carbide worm system.

UNIQUE INDEPENDENT DOUBLE THRUST BEARING SYSTEM
NIKKEN unique bearing system allows for more contact points vs. traditional cross-rollers bearings, providing a smooth and accurate rotation by using a combination of tubular thrust bearings and radial needle roller bearings
CARBIDE WORM SYSTEM AND ION NITRIDED WORM WHEEL
NIKKEN unique worm system allows longer life compared to traditional steel worm screws, while the specially hardened ion nitrided worm wheel reduces friction an eliminates backslash.
