JANOME Stand-Alone type servo presses can be used as part of a process (inline) or independently as a manual unit through the included button-pad, and thanks to its LCD touch-screen display. As part of an (inline) process, the JANOME servo press can communicate with computer systems via an Ethernet connection.

Stand-Alone servo presses are equipped with various sensors that provide feedback to the process, allowing interaction with various pressing modes: speed, load, position, distance, time, etc. giving you the flexibility to adapt to any variety of production processes. In addition, the possibility of exclusively using the button panel to activate the device avoids the need for light curtains or area sensors, keeping the operator safe.

The JANOME Stand-Alone press has data transfer capability via Ethernet connection allowing immediate remote review of process quality. In addition to all of the above, preventive maintenance is easy with just the use of a load cell and an RS-232C connection.
