IGM-2MB MDI Internal Grinder

The IGM-2MB MDI (Manual Data Input) is a rigid designed machine with a construction standing up to rigorous high-volume production work. The linear slide and ball screw table motion delivers high-speed table movement speed up to 800 inches per minute. “User-Friendly” Fanuc MDI Control provides touch screen functionality combined with conversational input software; automatic grinding process data editing functions provide a full adjustment range for wheel feed and thickness through a simple and intuitive interface.

The IGM-2MB MDI rigid construction provides superb accuracy and its powerful 5hp grinding spindle motor is up to the task for any type of job. The MDI (Manual Data Input) control LCD 8.4" display is easy to use through user-friendly conversational software that incorporates a teach function allowing easy set-up of grinding processes. The internal memory allows saving up to 36 programs.
