NC Milling Machine Center

Yamasaki's NC Milling Machine Series is a versatile universal model that allows process flexibility depending on the machining volume or purpose. The NC Milling Machines are well-balanced solutions that maintain their general-purpose machining properties with handlers and levers while being NC programming capable for small-batches machining. The NCR Series is equipped with a 16-speed general-purpose motor type, while the SG series comes equipped with a servo motor with an override setting between 50% and 120%.

Equipped with the same features as the rest of the YZ such as:

  • Compact design and a cast-iron box-shaped bed and scrape finish surfaces that provide accuracy and rigidity for all guides.
  • Mono-levers and Enable/Disable Handles that allow works such as datum point measurement or datum surface machining, trial and chamfering, quickly and accurately.
  • Easy-to-use Guidance Menu Programming that allows programming by choosing pre-programmed cutting, measuring, or guidance functions such as arc, oblique, corner interpolation, drilling, boring, central point measuring, angle measuring, centering, contour machining, etc.
