All VECTORON's line-up provide high presicion measuremt, from the entry level VME300M model to the High-End VMC7000M and the Full-Scale VCS Series. Flexible brakes ensure that the arms remain at any position while shaft encoders accurately calculate arm position through polar coordination calculation, yet sturdy arm-stand bases allow for superb portability. Easy calibration and in-house delveloped software achieve great operability through an easy to understand inteface that works with all the system characteristics: contact, non-contact, calibration and arm management. What system is right for you?

VMC7000M/L High-End Measurement System:

Latest high-end arms for highly precise and high-quality measurement ideal for general automobile parts or other medium to large parts, pressed laminated or molded sheets, or other medium to large assembled parts like car frames or doors.

VSC Series for full-scale measuring:

VSC series are base driven. The base drive system helps to measure a wide area at one time without connecting coordinates. It is heavily used for large automobile bodies, large casting parts and outsized equipment. Various types can be selected according to usage, and customization is available. Recommendef for car full body (and even deformation analysis on driving crash tests) or other large casting parts (such as naval, heavy or aerospace industries) .

VME300M Standard Measurement System:

The VME300M entry level measuring arm is also capable of using the contact and non-contact probe sensors and it maintains the same superior operability, customization and management software as the high-end models, and now it has a new mounting mechanism. This model is recomended for smaller parts or partial structural analysis of large pieces or car body parts; it is also useful in experimental materials laboratories.
