TECHMAN COBOTS

TECHMAN ROBOT is a Taiwanese manufacturer of collaborative robots (COBOTS). Established in 2015, TECHMAN has become the second largest commercial cobot manufacturer in the world. TECHMAN is engaged in research, production, R&D and manufacturing. TECHMAN’s vision is to combine vision and robotics technologies to improve work environments for both companies and people, making a difference in efficiency and productivity by creating simple, intelligent products that break barriers and solve industry challenges. COBOTS, unlike industrial robots, are designed to work close to or alongside people, so they contain collision detection systems that prevent accidents and injuries.

La linea de robots TM-AI (S) de TECHMAN pueden realizar una amplia gama de tareas de forma autónoma e inteligente dentro de múltiples industrias como electrónica, maquinado, automotriz, aeroespacial, alimenticia, etc. Empacado, recolección y colocación, reconocimiento, selección e inspección visual, soldadura, ensamble, etc. 

TECHMAN provee el software TMFjow para programar de manera simple, visual e instuitiva (drag & drop) los COBOT y simular el movimiento y actividades del robot, aun cuando no se tenga experiencia previa con robots.

Además, TECHMAN soluciones de software y equipos para complementar los COBOTS tales como reconocimiento 3D, extensiones para inteligencia artificial (AI+), conexión con otros periféricos y sistemas a través de Robot Management API, así como librerías para programación Robot Operating System (ROS) , TMCraft para programación de interfaces de usuario (GUI) o API de Administración de Robot que permite IoT y recolección de información.

TECHMAN TM-AI interactive COBOTS have power and movement limits in order to stop in case of physical contact with anything blocking its path. In addition, thanks to their integrated visual recognition system and high-tech artificial intelligence -AI-, the robots are capable of performing tasks in a "more human" way to automate processes and reduce production time. TECHMAN provides programming software and integrated visual analysis tools for quick and easy implementation. The 'S' series also includes pendant controls.
