OSAKA SEIMITSU CORPORATION (OSK) is a manufacturer of specialized measuring instruments for gears and cogs of all kinds. OSK developed the measurement of gears by electro-generative means before anyone else, achieving advances in precise machining and quality control of gears, whether automotive transmissions or large machinery.
In OSK, a manual scrapping finish is applied to all sliding surfaces of measuring machines called "scrapping". A chisel is used to "flatten" the machined surface to achieve high precision, reaching a flatness of +/- 0.001mm, allowing OSK to deliver high precision and long life machines.
OSK had developed CNC controlled gear measuring instruments earlier than anyone else, and since then OSK have been developing many kinds of easy to use, accurate and fast processing data analysis software. Those measured result also can be transferred and controlled through through network systems.
Gear Rolling Testing Machines.
