Nikken Kosakusho Works (NIKKEN) is a japanese provider for tooling systems and high performance rotary tables. A prefered brand within the industry NIKKEN has manufactured tooling systems for over 50 years, always striving for high rigidity, accuracy and innovation. NIKKEN Rotary Tables have a wide variety of configurations, from compact to large, 5 axis models, all equiped with a one-of-a-kind carbide worm system.

Everyday research (from which in japanese "NIKKEN" comes) is the key philosophy for original and innovative ideas for all NIKKEN products.
Carbonizing and sub-zero treatment prevent deterioration over time in tooling products. An ion-nitriding process is applied to a number of Nikken products, such as worm wheels for CNC Rotary Tables and Tough-cut Skill Reamers, to improve both wear resistance and sliding performance.
Nikken has local production bases in 14 major countries around the world to assure that standard tooling systems, CNC Rotary Tables, and other tools, as well as maintenance parts, are always in stock and service engineers are available.
NIKKEN Compact Rotary Tables offer a wide variety of solution to multiple applications, from drilling, to presses to CNC machine centers. The NIKKEN Tilting Compact Rotary tables are suitable for indexing the cutting of small workpieces, with several options for work chucking attachments ranging from 5C collet fixtures to pneumatic or hydraulic chucking jigs. Model 5AX-100 is the most compact table available with a length of only 466 mm and 84 kilos of weight, and a clamping capacity of 410 Nm, ideal for centers of compact machining.
Same as with all other NIKKEN Rotary Table solutions, these come with an anti-wearing, high rigidity and high rotational speed carbide worm system.

The MAJOR DREAM Slim Chuck system reduces and ultimately eliminates in-process vibraton. As an unfortunate part of the machining process, high vibration may compromise the accuracy and surface finish quality as well as the tool life. All of NIKKEN collet-based solutions provide vibration dampening characteristics, but the MAJOR DREAM Slim Chuck system is focused on ultimately eliminate in-process vibration.
Zero Fit Holder a reduces in run-out to nearly zero at the tool cutting edge accurately, quickly, and easily with a wide adjustment range.
NIKKEN's SLIM CHUCK w/ TiN BEARING NUT tool holder provides high-speed rotation (up to 40,000 min-1) along with high accuracy and coolant-through capabilities. The unique TiN bearing helps achieve low run-out and high accuracy thanks to an equal flat shoulder pushing on the insert, resulting in a high gripping force that prevents collet movement due to high pressure from coolant going through the chuck and cutting tool. Along with an 8° tapper design, the TiN bearing is also used in the MAJOR DREAM holder and the VC holder.
The NIKKEN MULTI-LOCK Milling Chuck has over 50 years of continuous development; an industry favorite, NIKKEN MULTI-LOCK Milling Chuck provides high chucking torque thanks to its unique MULTI-ROLLER System which provides a smooth milling work because of its thickened slotted walls and the full clamping-at-nose mechanism that prevents slipping even in the presence of residual oil. The resulting simple chucking process reduces wearing-out to about 2 microns in over 5 years or proper use, providing a constant smoot and accurate milling process with an average 5 micron@100mm run-out.
