The TOM (Tightening Operations Monitor) system is a "Poka-Yoke" type process verification unit fully designed by FIAM. The TOM system verifies the tightening process in real time, checking its status without operator intervention, guaranteeing the correct performance of the tools. The TOM system checks: number of screws placed, end of cycle, operator or screw errors, number of operations. It allows you to save up to 8 programs and can communicate with the client's PLC system or other devices such as jigs. Never lose a screw again! For screwdrivers and pneumatic tools with automatic shut-off with pneumatic signal, auto-feeding systems and eTensil.
FIAM's flat head screw and nut tightening systems allow the assembly of nuts and bolts in places that are difficult to access and especially for fluid piping systems such as air conditioners, refrigeration systems, compressors, gas systems, kitchens, boilers, actuator and valve systems, brake systems, etc. FIAM's innovative tightening head designs allow it to adapt to multiple tightening situations, easily reaching the position of the nut and bolts.
Torques from 8Nm to 33Nm / Socket size: from 8mm to 15mm and up to 22mm extended Hex. (inch sizes optional , other geometries optional).
The FIAM 15C / AD / AG series angle screwdrivers provide designs for screwdriving in tight or hard-to-reach spaces, facilitating the assembly process while maintaining great ergonomics and easy handling. Fiam's TRACS 2/3 technology allows precise, reliable and constant tightening with high repeatability, cycle after cycle. The 15C / AD / AG series angle screwdrivers also have added technologies such as: operations monitoring (poka-yoke) and screw counting, pneumatic signals, screw suction and multiple configurations (straight, angle, pistol).
Torque range: 0.8~5.0Nm for 15C / 2.5~26Nm for AD / 18~60Nm for AG.
FIAM high torque screwdrivers have maximum torque options from 7Nm up to 40Nm and up to 103Nm for the CG100LRA-Q1/2 model. With the same quality and precision of other FIAM models, reliability, productivity, ergonomics, these models have great repeatability and an excellent weight/performance ratio and high turning speeds.
The Easy Driver automatic screw loading system allows an average reduction of 35% or more in assembly time per screw tightening by eliminating the picking and positioning of fasteners in assembly parts. Use all types of screws and heads: metric, standard, self-drilling, self-locking, etc. Screw capacity from 10mm to 60mm Ø. Designed to work with FIAM pneumatic and electronic manual screws or FIAM pneumatic and electronic motors. Equipped with automatic and telescopic advancing heads for close-up or difficult access.
The 15C / 26C set of screwdrivers provide various levels of functionality to control the entire assembly process while maintaining great ergonomics and easy handling. Fiam's TRACS 2/3 technology allows precise, reliable and constant tightening with high repeatability, cycle after cycle.
