Main EISEN line-up: 

Master Pin Gauges: stainless steel, ceramic or tungsten carbide  pin gauges ranging from 0.22mm to 10mm in diameter, with a ±0.5μm ~ ±1μm tolerance, up to 0.3μm roundness, 0.15μm cylindricity and 0.05μmRa roughness, with 0.001mm steps available. Pin 'vises' are available for easy pin handling.

Limit Thread Gauges: stainless steel, ceramic or tungsten carbide one or two head thread plug and ring gauges; one-way thread plug gauges with clicking ratchet button; positioning Pos-T thread plugs for positioning; tappered pipe plug and ring gauges.

Plain gauges:  stainless steel, ceramic or tungsten carbide flat plug and ring gauges, exchangeable head plug gauges, round ball gauges, single-ended snap gauges, spline plugs and gauges.

Other gauging products: wire gauges, micrometer calibration pins, tappered pins.

Custom products and calibration systems: custom made solutions and other calibration services.

EG/EGS Series Tungsten Pingauges

The EG/EGS Tungsten carbide Pin Gauge Set provides wear resistance pin gauges with ±1 μm tolerance and size from 0.2mm up to 10mm. The line also includes a special line-up of Optical Fiber Connector Measurement Pins from 125μm~129μm range and 30mm in length, with a ±0.2μm tolerance and a 0.005μmRa roughness.

EC/ECS Series Ceramic Pingauges

The EC/ECS series of fine ceramics (zirconia) Pin Gauge Sets (31/51 pieces) provide thermal stable gauging pins with ±1μm / ±1.5μm tolerances and sizes from 0.2mm up tp 20mm.

ET/EP/ECP/EX/FC Series - Pernos Maestros

ET/EP/ECP/EX/FC Series - Pingauges (Master Pins)

The ET/EP/ECP/EX Series Pingauges contain sets of 14(ET), 16, 31, 51 pin gauges with ±0.3μm(ET) / ±0.5μm (class 0) / ±1μm (class 1) tolerance for high precision measurements in micron units.

For the ET High-precision Pin Gauge Set Series, standard tolerances range from minus 3μm to plus 10μm increasing in 1μm increments. Custom sizes and combinations can also be made to meet according to customer needs. Sizes range from 0.297mm upt to 10.010mm.

The EP/ECP/EX Pin Gauge Set in different sizes from 0.05mm and increasing in 0.01mm increments, starting from 0.201mm up to 20mm.

FC Series starts at 20mm up to 50mm, all with screw holes for handles.
