The HEARVY One-Tank Hydrocarbon Vacuum Vapor Cleaning / Drying Machine implements Cleanvy's vacuum cleaning and drying technology with a one-bath immersing tank that leaves an excellent clean finish on your workpieces. The vapors are collected in two stages and sent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The vacuum process creates a bubbling that improves the cleaning for heavy hydrocarbon-based lubricant-soaked pieces.

The Index Type Fixed Point Cleaning Drying Machine (5 stations) machine is a step-washing machine that provides 5 processes including an aimed spray washing/blowing position into a single compact machine delivering a complete clean-and-dry workpiece. Oil skimmer and pre-heating function included.
Process: Loading -> fixed-point spray -> general spray -> fixed-point blowing -> general air-blowing -> hot-air drying -> unloading.
The Conveyor-type High Pressure Ultrasonic Cleaning / Drying Machines allows for many types of workpieces to be cleaned at a time with a high-pressure jet and ultrasonic cleaning, and finishes with a hot-air drying blower. Also equipped with and oil skimmer and a preheating tank function.
The Non-Power Rotary Cleaning Machine gently rotates the workpiece after spraying cleaning and drying. The automatic door has a window that allows seeing the process. The machine comes with a mist collector and tank pre-heating function.
