The FVH (Full Auto-Cavuum Hydrocarbon) washer is a continuous process solvent-based washing machine ideal for removing grease and other oils. The FVH uses a vacuum system to dry pieces and recover the cleaner, and uses an ultrasonic tank system to ensure deep cleaning while maintaining low operating costs with high safety performance. Ideal for parts with cutting chips and holes or other parts of difficult access or complex assembly, and effective recovery of solvents that reduces operating costs.
Process: ultrasonic suction washing -> ultrasonic washing -> vacuum drying.
Cleanvy's One-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine features an ultrasonic immersion tank with up to 80°C heating with a timer function of up to 60 mins. Low cost and excellent performance.

The CLOVA Hydrocarbon One-Bath Cleaning & Drying Machine is a fully automated compact washing machine based on Cleanvy's vacuum technology with immersion ultrasonic cleaning, capable of cleaning inside blind holes and tight spots. The washing liquid is thoroughly filtered ensuring a clean washing every time. Also, the vacuum cleaning distillation process allows you to recover and reuse solvent.

The HEARVY One-Tank Hydrocarbon Vacuum Vapor Cleaning / Drying Machine implements Cleanvy's vacuum cleaning and drying technology with a one-bath immersing tank that leaves an excellent clean finish on your workpieces. The vapors are collected in two stages and sent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The vacuum process creates a bubbling that improves the cleaning for heavy hydrocarbon-based lubricant-soaked pieces.
The vacuum pump works in two stages: liquid ring vacuum + mechanical booster pump. This delivers a high vacuum with an excellent drying performance and reliability. The solvent distillation recycling process reduces your manufacturing process solvent consumption.

The Index Type Fixed Point Cleaning Drying Machine (5 stations) machine is a step-washing machine that provides 5 processes including an aimed spray washing/blowing position into a single compact machine delivering a complete clean-and-dry workpiece. Oil skimmer and pre-heating function included.
Process: Loading -> fixed-point spray -> general spray -> fixed-point blowing -> general air-blowing -> hot-air drying -> unloading.
The Conveyor-type High Pressure Ultrasonic Cleaning / Drying Machines allows for many types of workpieces to be cleaned at a time with a high-pressure jet and ultrasonic cleaning, and finishes with a hot-air drying blower. Also equipped with and oil skimmer and a preheating tank function.
Process: loading -> rough spray cleaning -> jet flow cleaning -> high-pressure spray cleaning (2 steps) -> air blowing -> hot-air dryer -> unloading.
The Non-Power Rotary Cleaning Machine gently rotates the workpiece after spraying cleaning and drying. The automatic door has a window that allows seeing the process. The machine comes with a mist collector and tank pre-heating function.
Process: loading -> rotation + spray cleaning -> rotation + air blowing -> take out.
The Full Automatic Cleaning and Drying Machine combines ultrasonic + swing intro three processes, and uses two hot-air drying and one liquid-seal vacuum drying for high reliability.
Process: Loading -> Ultrasonic -> Ultrasonic rinsing (2 step) -> Rust resisting -> Hot-air drying (2 steps) -> Vacuum drying -> Unloading.
